Who is running the brigade civilians or uniform? Thought the idea was that civilian / non ops were there as support for the uniform people!

Can someone please explain why we are service delivery and non uniformed staff are now called FIRE RESCUE STAFF ????? please I am a simple man keep it simple when you explain it to me, Thanks  |

A consultant is hired and makes no suggestion of change = No bonus
A consultant is hired and makes change to a departments name = bonus

This job would be a load better if it was run by people that know about the job in the first place.
