Not doing targeted calling or HFSRA or generating referrals, but then again I am always being moaned at by the fat controlled because we are bottom of the list for reaching our targets.
Still if we do not reach our targets they do not get a pay rise, result!! That only should be enough to ensure no one does it in the first place.
