A fund-raising project for the Warwickshire firefighters families is about to be launch which will be nationally advertised. It has been sanctioned by the families and by the brigade within which the FFs worked. We offered to be a point of contact/sale within London. We informed the LFB through curtesy as we wanted to send a blanket email out, only to be told that London had not been officially 'asked" by the FFs brigade, therefore the sale of the fund-raising article could not take place. Now is it me or does that sound like someone high up is sulking because they can't claim any brownie points? What is going on in this job?

feel free to post anything about it on here mate, if I can I'll ask my boss to blanket the emails around the brigade. I'll take the flac, remember its easier to say 'sorry' than to ask.
