New vehicle type

Please, anyone have any idea what this is? Video poster describes it as a Media Resource Unit, but no known registration plate or other details.

This is the new Media Resource Unit, MRS1 (EU57NFG). It is a VW Transporter van (like the new FIUs but slightly taller) and is based at Westminster fire station. It is the replacement for the brigade photographer's old Citroen van and has callsign Oscar 20 Papa.
