Well no-one else has managed to introduce themselves yet so I thought I'd better get the ball rolling. My name's not Frances and I'm not really a Firefly - You learn something new everyday! The moderator team are using well known fire brigade 'mascot' names as a theme to make them easily recognisable, and well 'coz why not! At least I didn't get Welephant
I'm experienced in forum admin and moderation elsewhere on the web (I'll leave you to find out where), so if you need any help with technical questions supposedly I'm probably the person to ask. I'll also be slapping wrists if you boys and girls get naughty, and if you get really bad I may have to put you across my knee!
Please keep bitching, etc to a minimum, have a laugh by all means but bear in mind this is a public forum and you're all meant to be working together

With a little luck and nudge or two here and there I think we should be able to get this forum going quite nicely.

Its probably quite bad that i haven't introduced my self, I had the idea and started the forum. I am a serving firefighter and thought it would be a good idea. We'll see :roll:

Trust me, I've been doing websites for years and I know how hard it is sometimes to get a good idea up and running.
Persevere, it'll be worth it, I've got a few friends in the right places that might be interested to.
