Firefighters have to cut out red-faced security guardFirefighters spent nearly five hours attempting to free a security guard after he became trapped inside the vault of a cash machine today.An array of fierce-looking cutting equipment was used to slice through the metal door after it slammed closed behind him just before 8am this morning. The hapless guard managed to alert his crew-mate who was inside a nearby security van and the emergency services were called.
