Fire engine crashFootage showing the moment a fire engine on an emergency call collides with a car in the centre of Luton, has been obtained by BBC Look East.Eleven people including five firefighters were among those taken to hospital after the incident which also involved a car and a taxi. A family of five was in the private vehicle when it was struck by the fire engine, but none of the injuries are thought to be life threatening. Link |

According to the comments on youtube, the car driver died some weeks later, can we confirm this? |

I have been told by someone in the know, that the driver died (unknown time) the appliance driver was doing about 32mph (according to police) and he's being/been charged with death by dangerous driving. |
