Who is running the brigade civilians or uniform? Thought the idea was that civilian / non ops were there as support for the uniform people!

Shame to say I think the money movers run all our brigades, what ever happened to supplying a service for the community :cry:

Can someone please explain why we are service delivery and non uniformed staff are now called FIRE RESCUE STAFF ????? please I am a simple man keep it simple when you explain it to me, Thanks

This job would be a load better if it was run by people that know about the job in the first place.
