The FBU has announced a further escalation of industrial action in the London Fire Brigade.
From 0900 hours on Wednesday 9 September, all WM*s and CM*s will relinquish their star for the purposes of new acting-up or temporary promotion.
In addition, from 0900 hours on Saturday 19 September, all members conditioned to the nine-day fortnight will take their allocated rota day each fortnight. That is the day agreed when taking up the placement, except where a different day has been agreed for this year.
