I need an answer to a question about going back to station.
A WM A specialist is on the transfer list to go to a station, he ISN't a substansive Crew Manager.
A WM A specialist is on the list to go to the same station but is below the other WM A on the list, he IS a sustansive Crew Manager.
My question is when EPT come to place a WM A in a position at staion will they by-pass the first WM because the second one can go straight into post (the first one has to complete a CM ops book)?
Hope that made some sort of sense

Sorry cant give you an answer as "they" seem to make the rules up as they go along !!
